Prices Prices are displayed on each service page, inclusive of tax. Main prices are as follows.
  • Starter plan: JPY 0 / month (Free)
  • Standard plan: JPY 9,800 / month (tax incl.)
  • Pro plan: JPY 25,000 / month (tax incl.)
  • Enterprise plan: Custom quote
Additional Fees
  • Setup fee: Typically JPY 30,000 to 300,000 (varies by plan). Free for the first 10 customers applying on or before September 30, 2026.
  • Internet connection and communication fees shall be borne by the customer.
Payment Methods
  • Credit card (Visa / MasterCard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club)
  • Bank transfer (invoice billing, for Enterprise plan, etc.)
Payment Timing
  • Credit card: in accordance with the debit date of each card issuer
  • Bank transfer: by the due date indicated on the invoice issued by the Company
Service Delivery Upon completion of application, an account will be issued within the same day up to 5 business days, after which the service may be used.
Cancellation and Refunds As this Service is a SaaS service of the service-provision type, cancellations and refunds during the contract period due to customer convenience are not accepted in principle. To cancel, please proceed through the management console or the inquiry form. The contract shall terminate at the end of the cancellation month, and no prorated refund shall be made.
However, if the Service was not provided due to reasons attributable to the Company, fees corresponding to the relevant period will be refunded.
System Requirements Use of this Service requires the latest version of a modern browser with JavaScript enabled (the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Firefox) and an Internet connection.
