The Website provides an AI chatbot feature to automatically respond to customer inquiries. The content you enter is transmitted to the API provided by Anthropic for response generation. Please do not enter personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number, or any confidential information, into the chat.

The Company implements organizational, human, physical, and technical safety management measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and otherwise ensure the safe management of personal information.
Article 9 (Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.)
Customers may request the Company to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend use of, or suspend provision to third parties of their own personal information.
